This is the privacy policy for PestSignal ("we", "us"), a service of Applied AI Advisory, Charlotte, NC. We wrote it in plain English on purpose.
If you book a demo, call, or email us, we keep what you give us: your name, email, phone number, company name, which software you use, roughly how many technicians you have, and which states you serve. We use it to run the demo you asked for and to follow up about it.
Pest control companies give us their own customer, lead, service and activity records so PestSignal can rank who is worth contacting. For that work we act as a service provider: the records belong to the client, we use them only to perform the service for that client, and we do not use one client's records for any other client or purpose. We read from a client's system; we do not write to it.
On the Core plan the client's own team does the contacting. Where a client turns on an automated follow-up add-on, numbers are checked against the National Do Not Call Registry and applicable phone rules before any message goes out, anyone who asks to stop is suppressed from that client's outreach going forward, and we keep records of those checks.
Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics measure how the site is used (pages, clicks, which ad brought you here) — never your name, email, or phone. Google Ads counts a booked demo as a conversion using the click identifier from the ad, not who you are. HighLevel (LeadConnector) runs our booking calendar and contact records and sends the confirmation and reminder emails for the appointment you booked. Each of these receives only what it needs for that job.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share your information with third parties beyond the vendors above, and only for the purpose described. Appointment emails are about the demo you booked; we don't add you to marketing lists without asking first.
